Democratic Women of the Desert’s 2023 Bosworth Award honoree is Peter East.
Peter is a longtime member and officer with both Democratic Women of the Desert and Desert Stonewall Democrats. He serves as Treasurer for both clubs, PFLAG Palm Springs/Desert Communities, and several candidates for local office. Peter retired to the Coachella Valley in 2005. Peter is a native of the United Kingdom and became a US citizen in 1996. He lives with his partner in Palm Springs.
