Suzan Wilkinson moved to the Coachella Valley in 2003. She visited the valley as a child spending summers camping with her parents on the shores of the Salton Sea. Ms. Wilkinson holds an elementary teaching credential, master’s in education, and Resource Specialist certification. She is past president of the Bonita Unified Teachers Association, past president of Democratic Women of the Desert, and past Region 19 Director with the California Democratic Party. She texted with Team Joe, the grassroots campaign to elect Biden/Harris and texted with Governor Newsom’s Stop the Recall campaign. Ms. Wilkinson lives in Rancho Mirage with her husband Mike.
