Meet Elizabeth Tucker
For over 28 years, I have called Riverside County my home. I raised two wonderful children in this community. My son is now a Sophomore at UC Berkeley and my daughter will graduate Palm Desert High School in 2024 with honors. I have had the opportunity to give back to my community in a variety of ways and help shape its future. As a 12 year member of the Indio Rotary Club, I believe in “Service Above Self”. To that end, I have lead my Rotary Club as President, Treasurer, Secretary and Foundation Chair. In 1996, I began coaching high school students in the Riverside County Mock Trial competition program and have been actively involved ever since. Many of my former students, are now practicing attorneys in the Coachella Valley. Continuing my commitment to our community, I have been a Girl Scout troop leader for a troop originally based out of Sacred Heart School and have guided Scouts into leadership opportunities in high school. My daughter and I have assisted many non-profit organizations through Coachella Valley National Charity League. We have volunteered at Alzheimer’s Association, Animal Samaritans, Children’s Discovery Museum, Coachella Valley Horse Rescue, Coachella Valley Rescue Mission, Life Stream Blood Bank, Mama’s House, Martha’s Village and Kitchen, The Living Desert, and YMCA of the Desert. I have worked tirelessly to make my community a better place for all.
