Daniel Polk is a social scientist with over a decade of experience in community-based research. Born and raised in the desert, he received his BA from UC Riverside and PhD from Princeton University. Prior he served on the board of the Riverside Latino Voter Project. He has volunteered for various Coachella Valley political campaigns and in 2025 was elected a state party (“ADEM”) delegate for Assembly District 47. He lives in Morongo Valley
