Jackie Lopez

Jacqueline Lopez is the District Director for State Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia, who represents California�s 56th Assembly District. Jacqueline is accomplished government and public affairs professional with fifteen plus years of experience working with small business, government entities, non-governmental organizations, and foundations. Previously, Jacqueline devoted over a decade of her career in workforce development with the Riverside County CalWORKs and Workforce Development Centers. Later channeling that passion and innovation as the Chief Executive Officer to the Coachella Chamber of Commerce with a focus on business development, economic growth, and community outreach. Jacqueline most recently held the position of Press Secretary to former Assemblymember V. Manuel P�rez, were she specialized in constituent services, public affairs activities, and media relations.Throughout her career, Jacqueline remained constant in her commitment to service. Jacqueline�s family has a longstanding history working alongside Dr. Reynaldo Carreon; founding the Mexican American Chamber of Commerce in 1981. Today, Jacqueline is a committee member of the Dr. Reynaldo Carreon Foundation, which provides scholarships for young people in the Coachella Valley to pursue higher education. A graduate of local public schools, Jacqueline attended Indio High School and Chapman University. She is a proud mother of two sons attending schools at Coachella Valley Unified School District, and life-long resident of Indio.
